Hi Wade,

Thank you for the kind comments and for reposting this interview. Of the "live" interviews done for the newsletter, it is the one that I am personally the proudest. One short annecdote if I may. WTRS proposed this interview to Jennifer as an outgrowth of the brand audit she performed for us. I cannot overstate how valuable that process was and how much actionable information we received as a result. My comment to Jennifer when I proposed the interview was that WTRS is able to attribute a significant increase in both market presence and sales to the recommendations that were made as an outcome of the brand audit.

Thank you again,

George West

Thanks for reposting this and your thoughtful comments. I would like to add that there are some original models in The Credibility Factor that are not "repeat analogies" (and thank you for qualifying it with "may" be repeat analogies. I really did try to stay away from too many anecdotal accounts and offer some templates and programs that can be used immediately. I have a special that I just offered for a podcast that ran on www.mediasurvey.com you and your readers are welcome to take advantage of it www.credibilitybranding.com/mediasurvey.com. It is offering the soon to be released workbook at half price.
